I just got back from the Modest Mouse concert here in Billings. It was totally awesome! I love Modest because they’re so freakin’ weird and yet they still manage to be musical. They really know how to play, and they play just about every instrument ever at one time in the concert or another, so it was a really good show. The crowd was super random. You had everything, including little kids, junior high emo kids, high school punks, jocks, druggies, and random thiry year olds. Very strange. But it was still awesome. Also, at one point during the show, a girl ran up on stage, kissed the lead singer, and then dove back into the crowd. It was pretty hilarious.

Tomorrow I’m going to have to get started packing things up for the big road trip. I get to take a car back to Boston with me, so my mom is driving with me cross country. Should be pretty cool. We’re going to see Chicago, Niagra Falls, and some other stuff along the way. It will be a LOOONG trip though. We leave Wednesday bright and early.
