Steak
BEHOLD!
The steak that you see before you is, without a doubt, one of the finest steaks ever prepared on this earth. (Or at least the best that I’ve come across.) My family ate at Walker’s Grill in Billings today and I had this steak. Oh…my…gosh. I mean, you cannot imagine a more perfect meat-eating experience. It was an amazingly thick, perfectly cooked filet marinated in a red wine reduction sauce and rubbed in three peppers. The thing was SO tender from tenderizing and dry aging. Imagine a cross between steak and jello.
I was going to save part of it to use as a sacred relic in vegetarian-exorcisms, but then it was just too good so I finished EVERYTHING.
And then I had dessert.
